After 10 years in the community and deep conversations/reflections around capacity and the future of the Million Artist Movement (MAM), the decision has been made to formally sunset the organization this year. 

MAM has seeded many organizations and artist collectives and plans to create a collaborative community archive to share the stories of their work over the years. On Sunday July 13, MAM will celebrate and honor a decade of actions and labor, while acknowledging that the work will continue in new ways as liberation work evolves.

As MAM begins this conversation with community, all artists are invited to join MAM in radical solidarity at their sunsetting ceremony for food, quilting, and rituals of remembrance of what has come before and what will come to be!
