Recent Projects

Sarah worked with painter Janet McKenzie and MN artists to create the Holiness and The Feminine Spirit concert, a work featuring songs, improvisations and McKenzie's artwork.

Sarah presented Songtaneous opening & closing ceremonies for the 2011 Women & Spirituality Conference in October.

In October, Sarah traveled to Vancouver to take part in filming vocal improv exercises with her mentor Rhiannon and 21 other singers.

Again this year, Sarah worked as the production coordinator for the 2011 Twin Cities Jazz Festival print program.

This July, Sarah traveled to Amsterdam and the in-person third week of her year-long vocal improv course. (Sarah received a grant from the MN State Arts board to take part in the program. Read about the her final week in the course on her blog.)

Sarah completed her AAS degree in vocal performance at McNally Smith College of Music in 2008.
